From Humble Beginnings
Before becoming the Leading Full-Service Facility Management Firm, it is today, Owner and Founder of Organic District Commercial Services, Jamil Boozer with specialized experience in General Construction and Engineering, launched Organic District Commercial Services in 2018 with one residential, multi-unit property management contract while maintaining a long, dedicated career with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as a Senior Emergency Management Specialist. Mr. Boozer’s entrepreneurial spirit and vast experience in Environmental Structure Damage and Community Recovery and Restoration has grown Organic District to high heights, introducing new service lines to meet the needs of new commercial customers, Government Agencies, and now, new Environmental Regulators. All while building long-lasting relationships with our clients based on our Core Values of Respect, Reliability, Integrity, and Trust. Since its origin in Northwest Washington DC, minority owned small business, Organic District is more than proud to continue to serve our Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia communities as well as government agencies and municipalities across the map with world class services, and unparalleled quality.
